I was about to write a piece following up my brief ‘paintball fitness’ blog that I wrote on Saturday, but then I got hugely distracted by a trailer for the new Jackass 3D movie. I’m sure it will be full of all the usual frankly agonising stunts, but this particular scene from the trailer had me in stitches!
